  The set up is nice but there are many issues with this property.- including vandalism, while security is out patrolling..Wifi infrastructure needs redone- rarely ever works. Barely any guest parking spots- which is a problem because first year leasers can only take out a parking pass for 3 days or you will get charged $25. Maintenances will walk in whenever during inspection weeks without warning- yes they tell you maintenance is doing inspections but you are not given a time or day. Roads are never plowed. I've seen many cars get towed and booted- very quickly. The entire interior was junk and all the wooden furniture is scratched and stained. It is very poorly insulated- the thermostat stays at 67 and the heat bill is over $120 each month. The down stairs living space needs space heaters because it doesn't warm up- this goes for all apartments. The door nob is broken on the entrance door and sticks (it needs replaced) maintenance has been called 2 times due to the knob not latching and the door blows opened. They continue to not fix it or even address the correct issue.

  I signed my lease today for an apartment at the heights for the duration of my 2018-2019 junior year at Slippery Rock, PA. It was an extremely pleasant experience. The two wonderful ladies Sommer and India were very warm-spirited and accommodating. They each talked to both my and my future roommates mothers’ and were very patient in dealing with them. Sommer even went into the snowy, cold weather to get us some snacks. Again, it was a very pleasant experience that has left me a very satisfied customer!

  This guy is very greedy. He will sell your stuff the very minute you miss payment if you do. Buildings are old and full of mice and rats. Store your stuff somewhere better for the same money

  Terrible/gold diggers. Unfair, disgraceful. Dont bother applying! A friend of mine was asked by the admission department to another college for math class. Once the semester is over, and my friend received 4 credits for the math class from another university, they postponed the graduation asking him to retake the math class in their college even though he got an A grade. Increased $1000 tution fee for no reason.
